Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from reconpadel.com, operated by DESQY - FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Recon Padel", "we").

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel and refund any order, for example if stock runs out.

Product

Product images are representative. Minor variations in colour and stitching can occur between batches.

Delivery, returns and liability

• Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping and Returns pages.
• Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
